Blair and Starr go to Statesville to see Cole after receiving a phone call that he had been attacked by another inmate. Blair tries to sugar coat what has happened, but Starr realizes this is not high school anymore. While they are waiting to see Cole, Starr tells Blair about her feelings for James and that he also needs someone to be his friend. Blair tries to get her advice.
Joey and Aubrey are together in her suite at the Palace Hotel. They make plans for her to meet his family the next day. After Joey leaves, Aubrey makes a phone call and tells the person on the other end, she is staying at the Palace Hotel and she hasn't met his family yet. It is possible, and probably more than likely, Aubrey has an agenda.
Joey returns to Llanfair, and when he sees Kelly he tells her, "You look fantastic." Kelly tries to tell him how she feels, but then decides she needs a martini. She gets so flustered, she chugs her drink and then chokes on an olive. Joey has to Heimlich her!
Aubrey calls Joey to thank him for the chocolate and strawberries he had sent to her room and he becomes distracted. Kelly is in the library rehearsing how she is going to tell Joey she still loves him. Then he decides to go back to the hotel, so he excuses himself and tells Kelly they can talk soon. He invites her to lunch at the Palace the next day. She is very excited and starts thinking it might be the start of something.
When Inez originally went to Bo's office, she planned to tell him every detail of Clint's proposition; but after she finds out Clint gave Bobby $50,000, she changes her mind. When Bo asks her what it was she wanted to tell him, she says she and Clint broke up. Bo wants to know,"Why?" Inez says, "It's complicated."
Nora goes over to pick a bone with Clint. He wants to know why she is blaming a fight with her husband on him. She says it is because he put all kinds of ideas in her head about Inez. Clint says he has no control over the way Inez feels about Bo.
Nora returns to Bo's office and they continue their "discussion" about Clint and Inez. Bo protests the possibility that he would give in to any temptations, and finally blurts out, HE is not the one who cheats. (Oh-oh!!) Nora realizes that no matter how long they live, she is never going to be forgiven for her ONE indiscretion. Bo apologizes, but it is too late. Nora is no longer in a forgiving mood and just wants to get away from Bo. She leaves in a huff.
When Nate comes home and finds Eddie, things heat up. He sends Dani home and then he punches Eddie. Eddie is not pleased. Inez comes home and interrupts Nate and Eddie. There is an ugly scene of abusive words and threats. Nate threatens to kill him if he comes near Dani again. Inez forces him to leave.
When Dani comes home, Tea senses something is wrong. She gets Dani to talk about what is bothering her. When Todd finds out about Eddie, he grabs his coat and leaves. As Eddie is leaving Nate and Inez's apartment, Todd meets him in the hallway and threatens him.
Bobby tells James he got the 50K and now they can get rid of Eddie. But, they find out from the police officer who is keeping an eye on their apartment for Bo, that Eddie just got released from jail. He soon shows up. They give him the cash and he is happy, but says, just because they gave him the money, does not mean he is ready to leave town. James is afraid he will never leave and tells Bobby about how many times he used to fantasize about killing Eddie.
While Todd is out, Téa has a talk with Dani about Nate. She tells her it is HER decision and not Nate's as to what she chooses to do about sex, no matter what Nate has already done. She tells her, "Just be careful. You have no reason to hurry."
Inez tells Nate to lock the door and all the windows and she will be back soon. She goes directly to Clint and tells him she has reconsidered his offer. She is willing to seduce Bo on one condition: Clint has to make Eddie disappear.
All of the Ford brothers have now vowed to kill their father if he hurts anyone else they care about. Todd threatens to kill him if he talks to Danielle again and Inez asks Clint to make him disappear.
I predict another murder mystery!!
