An Atlanta-based animal rescue organization posted the photo of the shelter pups, Kiera and Kala, along with a message, saying the two dogs would soon be separated, and headed for death row. The folks at Angels Among Us Pet Rescue hoped that the picture would help Kiera and Kala find a home in the nick of time.
The photo was shared thousands of times; and as a result, the furry pals were adopted just two hours later by the man pictured, who brought them home—together.
